  • Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information (Updated February 24, 2021) »

Due to the health concerns related to the Corona-virus (COVID-19) and with the safety of our students and staff in mind, we have implemented the following safety protocols to be followed for all CLASSROOM and BEHIND-THE-WHEEL Instruction. (please click the respective link to view) These safety protocols were developed in consultation with industry leaders and health experts and approved by the Greene County Department of Health.

All students/parents must agree to these approved safety protocols prior to any Classroom or Behind–The–Wheel instruction. You may do so by downloading the applicable linked file(s) and return a signed copy (both student and parent/guardian bottom of pg1) to the office (via email) or give to your instructor on or before your first day of class or your first drive.

Should you have any questions or concerns please contact the office via email:

We currently offer In-person classes. (with limited seating) this is what we refer to as "Tradtional"

We will continue with our plan to develop a virtual classroom ciriculum setting conducted via Zoom. Once that process is complete we will evaluate the current health situation with regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and decide to implement the plan to go virtual or save that as an option for a later date should the situation warrant it.  Details will be posted once that transition is complete.

What We Teach

in the class & Behind the wheel

Whether you are a high school student, or an young adult our drivers education program is an affordable, quick path to becoming a licensed driver. With our staff of dedicated, professional, state certified instructors we are ready to begin your training to equip you with the skills and awareness needed to become a safe and responsible driver.

Students (under 18yrs) are required to take a minimum of 24 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours behind the wheel (BTW) training at a state licensed driving school.

Students have the option to take their 24 hours of classroom training through an on-line school, but are still required to go to a traditional driving school to complete the behind-the-wheel training such as Wheelers.

In addition to these requirements, they must receive at least 50 hours of in-car practice (10 of hours at night) with a parent or legal guardian.

Based on the state approved curriculum our Teen Drivers Course consists of 24 hours of classroom instruction and 8 hours of  behind-the-wheel (BTW) training.

Utilizing various teaching methods of lecture, hands-on group activities and video/multimedia presentations students acquire the information about driving in a meaningful and memorable way.
